About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until August 2026. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at PreZero Recycling AB. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

They offer efficient waste and recycling solutions with a focus on customer needs and long-term sustainability. They collect and manage residual materials from customers' operations through recycling and/or energy recovery.

In their daily operations, customer benefit equals environmental benefit. In Sweden, they are present in about 60 locations, have over 1,100 employees, more than 50 recycling and reception facilities, and manage waste in about 40 Swedish municipalities. Their operations create value not only for the customers they provide recycling services to but also for the manufacturing industry and energy sector by refining waste into valuable raw materials for new production. In this position, you will be based at the office in Skara, where about 30 employees work.

💼 Responsibilities

As an administrator, you play a central role in daily operations and are responsible for receiving calls, booking and ordering the company's services, as well as managing and following up on any deviations. You work both independently and in close collaboration with transport leaders and other internal departments. An important part of the role is to work with confidential waste, where you handle documentation and ensure that routines and regulations are followed.

The work involves using several different systems where you, among other things, register existing customers and ensure that the information is correct and up to date. You also contribute to the development and improvement of administrative routines and working methods within the group. In the long term, there may be opportunities for development, for example, by working more related to inside sales where you contact existing customers who do not yet use the company's confidentiality services.

The role also includes planning the transports for the vehicle handling confidential waste, which requires good coordination skills and a structured working method. You will be an important part of a team of four people and report to the department manager.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Good work experience in administration is a requirement

• Experience from the logistics or transport industry is an advantage

• Very good knowledge of the Office suite, specifically Excel

• Fluent in Swedish, good knowledge of English
